Your role:
We are looking for someone to own how THEKER tells its story through video. Your job is to
capture the reality of building cutting-edge robotics, in the lab, in the field, in the people,
and turn it into content that is compelling, clear and impossible to ignore.
You will work directly with founders and leadership, translating advanced robotics into sharp
visual narratives for investors, clients, talent and the broader world.
This is not a social media management role. It is a high-craft, high-ownership video
production role inside a fast-moving deep-tech company.
What we’re looking for
We want someone with extreme standards, a filmmaker’s instinct for narrative, and zero
tolerance for mediocre output.
Video Production — Required
End-to-end video production: concept, scripting, filming, editing, delivery
Professional camera equipment, lighting and on-site set setup
Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory)
Strong narrative instinct to explain complex technology visually
Ability to produce across formats: short-form, documentary, social, corporate
Plus
DaVinci Resolve
3D animation with Blender
Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools
Copywriting and scriptwriting to complement visual content
