Your role:
We’re looking for a Robotics Deployment Specialist to play a key role in scaling THEKER’s robotic systems across industrial plants.
You will assemble, integrate, and install robots both at our facilities and on-site, ensuring every system is production-ready from day one. Your work directly impacts how fast and how reliably we expand.
As we grow, the way you deploy today becomes the standard for the next wave of installations.
What we’re looking for
Higher Vocational Training or Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, or related fields.
Proven experience in industrial installation, assembly, or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and pneumatic systems.
Comfort working in active production environments under pressure.
Fluent Spanish and willingness to travel frequently (driving license required).
Nice to have: experience with industrial robots, PLCs, or direct client interaction.

Main Responsibilities:
Assemble and prepare robotic systems at our facilities.
Execute on-site installation and integration in active production lines.
Perform electrical and pneumatic integration ensuring safety and reliability.
Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and start-up.
Collaborate with the Robotics Integration Specialist to ensure stable and reliable system performance.
