About Us

At THEKER, we’re taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world.

We are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation-defining company leading the robotics revolution.

By joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with global reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent-dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win.

We recently closed the largest robotics Series A in Europe's history, and we're looking for the top 0.01% of talent to take on that mission with us, and build the biggest company in the world.

Your role

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Asset Controller to build and own the operational foundation that gives THEKER full visibility over its inventory and its deployed assets, at every stage and every location.

THEKER produces robotic systems and deploys them at client sites. That means two distinct layers to control: components and finished units in our Barcelona warehouse, and field-deployed robots that live inside client operations as capitalized assets on our balance sheet.

You will design, build, and run the processes that give operations, finance, and purchasing a reliable picture of what exists, where it sits, what it's worth on the books, and what will run out next, translating clean inventory and asset data into better purchase and deployment decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.

  • Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, industrial operations, or fleet/asset management, ideally in a business model with equipment deployed at client sites (renting, leasing, managed equipment, or industrial fleet).

  • Strong with numbers: comfortable turning operational data into reliable, structured information across Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP tools.

  • Able to own reconciliation processes end to end, and willing to learn how deployed assets are accounted for (capitalization, depreciation, disposals) working closely with Finance.

  • High attention to detail and a systematic approach to organizing information.

  • Ability to build processes in environments where none exist yet.

  • Ownership mentality: you see a gap and close it without being asked.

  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site).

Nice to have

  • Background in finance, accounting, or controlling, with exposure to fixed asset accounting (capitalization criteria, depreciation schedules, asset registers).

  • Background in hardware, manufacturing, or industrial logistics.

  • Experience tracking physical assets across multiple locations, including renting, leasing, or managed-equipment businesses.

  • Experience with an ERP asset module (SAP FI/AA or similar).

  • Understanding of inventory valuation methods such as FIFO or weighted average.

  • Spanish and English fluency.

You’ll thrive at THEKER if

  • You're excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous, and we're going all in to capture it.

  • You want responsibility early on, delivering at world-class standards.

  • You enjoy building processes from scratch and making order out of ambiguity.

  • You're open to feedback, collaborative, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end stock control process for raw materials, semi-finished parts, and finished goods in THEKER's Barcelona warehouse.

  • Build and maintain the asset register for all units deployed at client sites, including location, operational status, and book value, working with Finance on capitalization and depreciation treatment.

  • Run regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

  • Develop inventory forecasting models that give the purchasing team a reliable view of what to order and when.

  • Define and document inventory and asset control processes, from goods receipt through to asset disposal.

  • Coordinate with engineering and operations to track component consumption against production output.

  • Report monthly inventory and asset status to Finance, flagging risks before they become problems.

What We Offer

  • Being part of a fast-growing robotics and AI company with genuine ambition, where your career can accelerate alongside us.

  • The chance to build THEKER's inventory and asset control function from zero, with a clear path to growing into a broader operations or finance control role.

  • A focused, talent-dense team where your work is visible and your decisions count.

  • An environment where new ideas are encouraged and your contributions shape both the operations and the company.

  • 100% on-site work in Barcelona.

What the process looks like

  1. Intro call with Talent Team.

  2. Business case at our offices (2h).

  3. Final interview at our offices.

These steps can be completed in 7 days.
