Your role:
We are looking for someone to own Talent Acquisition end to end at THEKER. Our team is about to grow a lot, across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions at the same time, and you'll be the person who turns an open role into a signed offer.c
Day to day, you'll calibrate with hiring managers on what a role actually needs, screen and interview candidates, and manage the offer conversation until someone signs. You'll be the person candidates remember from THEKER, and the person hiring managers trust to bring them the right options, not just more options.
What we’re looking for
We want someone with a strong ownership mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and capable of executing fast with high standards.
You should combine structured thinking with strong judgment and be ready to build processes from scratch.
Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a process from calibration through offer and close.
A track record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline.
Experience running calibration conversations with hiring managers and pushing back when a brief doesn't match the market.
Comfortable working against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
Barcelona-based or willing to relocate (100% on-site role).
Nice to have
Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles.
Agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
A third language beyond English and Spanish.

Main Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment pipeline for your roles, from kickoff to signed offer.
Calibrate with hiring managers to define what a role actually requires before sourcing starts.
Screen and interview candidates, and give hiring managers a clear recommendation, not just a shortlist.
Drive the offer process, including negotiation, until the candidate signs.
Partner with the Sourcer to keep pipeline quality and volume aligned with what each role needs.
Track your own recruiting metrics: time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health per role.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their process, protecting THEKER's reputation in the market.
Flag roles or briefs that consistently underperform, and work with hiring managers to fix them.
