About Us
At THEKER, we’re taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world.
We are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation-defining company leading the robotics revolution.
By joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with global reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent-dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win.
Your role:
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to build the pipeline that lets THEKER hire at the pace our growth requires. Our team is about to grow a lot, with hiring running across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions at the same time. Your job is to find the right people before anyone else does.
Day to day, you'll map the market for each open role, reach out to candidates directly, and run a tight pipeline in our ATS. You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition and with hiring managers across engineering and operations to understand what a good candidate actually looks like for a given role, and you'll adjust your search as that picture sharpens. You won't be judged by activity. You'll be judged by qualified candidates delivered.
What we’re looking for
We want someone with a strong ownership mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and capable of executing fast with high standards.
You should combine structured thinking with strong judgment and be ready to build processes from scratch.
Previous experience in a role built on consistent outreach and follow-up: recruiting, sales, business development, or another customer-facing function.
Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
Comfortable working against weekly and quarterly targets, and comfortable being measured by them.
Resilience: sourcing means constant rejection, and staying consistent through it is the job.
Organized enough to run several open searches at once without losing track of a single candidate.
Barcelona-based or willing to relocate (100% on-site role).
Nice to have
Experience sourcing for engineering, technical, or industrial roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
Background in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
A third language beyond English and Spanish.
You’ll thrive at THEKER if
You’re excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous, and we’re going all in to capture it.
You want responsibility early on and enjoy being close to real decisions.
You enjoy experimenting, iterating quickly, and embracing change as part of the learning process.
You’re open to feedback, collaborative, and enjoy making decisions as a team
Main Responsibilities:
Build and run outbound sourcing campaigns across engineering, deployment, and corporate roles.
Map the Barcelona and European talent market for each search, identifying where the right candidates actually are.
Reach out to active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
Qualify candidates against the role brief before handing them off to Talent Acquisition.
Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current at all times.
Track your own sourcing metrics: outreach volume, response rate, and qualified candidates delivered per role.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to sharpen role briefs whenever sourcing results point to a mismatch.
Represent THEKER at hiring events and technical communities to build pipeline for future searches..
What We Offer
